the follow policies ensure motion provides an enjoyable, quality event for all participants.

transfer policy
you may transfer your motion registration to another person at any time by notifying us in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail.

cancellation policy
Cancellations can be made until August 1, 2010. All cancellations will be assessed a $100 processing fee. Cancellations made after August 1, 2010 will receive an equivalent pass for an upcoming motion event. Passes are non-transferable, and must be used by August 1, 2011. All “no-shows” are liable for the full registration fee.

All cancellations must be submitted in writing by mail, fax, or e-mail. Confirmation of cancellation will be received via e-mail.

In the unlikely event that the show is canceled by motion, registration fees only will be refunded. Cancellations of travel and hotel reservations are the responsibility of the attendee.

hotel cancellation
If you are unable to attend for any reason, you are responsible for canceling your own room reservations directly with the hotel. You must cancel at least 72 hours in advance of check-in, or you may be subject to the hotel’s penalties and fees.

special requirements
It’s important to us that you enjoy your experience at motion. If you have any special requirements while attending motion (dietary restrictions, disability, or other special circumstances, please don’t hesitate to contact us at (505) 344-8801 at least 30 days before the show, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.

no smoking policy
The motion venue is a non-smoking facility.

photo release
We occasionally use photographs of motion participants in our promotional materials. By virtue of your attendance at a motion event, we reserve the right to use your likeness in such materials.

recording
Many of our speakers share copyright restricted content in their motion presentations. Others, make their living by providing training similar to sessions you see at motion. To protect our speakers and their livelihood, no video taping, recording, or any other method of archiving motion sessions is permitted.

cell phone courtesy
Please respect speakers and attendees by refraining from cell phone use and texting during sessions.
